It’s been a big week at CRC.
Tuesday night saw the second Lacock Relays of the summer with 12 members of CRC taking part. Dave Mackie and Richard Biggs were part of the winning team.
Thursday night had another Club Championship race with the Great Chalfield 10K. 34 members competed in temperatures approaching 30°c on the thermometer.
And on Saturday for the second consecutive year, CRC had 4 teams at the Cotswold Way Relay. 40 runners doing varying distances (7-13 miles) up and down big hills throughout the day. Again the temperatures played a big part in the day but all 40 runners battled on to their respective finishes.
Extra special congratulations to Max Luff and Dave Camm who completed leg 10 into Bath and officially became a Queen and King of the Cotswold Way for completing all 10 legs.
