The training schedule can be found here.

Regular club sessions run from Springfield Community Campus on a Tuesday and Thursday; meet at 6:50pm for a prompt 7pm start.

We also offer a daytime session from Springfield Community Campus on a Friday and we meet at 9:30am.

Our youth section meet on a Wednesday at Springfield Community Campus and the session runs from 7:00pm until 8:00pm.

Away runs or special events will have their own start times and locations detailed in the schedule.
