Thank you for your interest in our beginners group. We run our beginners group twice a year, usually in March and September. Applications to join the program will open shortly before the start date and will be linked from this page.
If you are new to running or just starting again and would still like to join us outside of the beginners program then please do consider our 3 Mile Group. This group runs regularly on a Tuesday and Thursday evening and caters for runners of all abilities.
In the lead up to us launching the next structured program we will communicate the planned dates via this website, our Facebook Page, Twitter and via e-mail. If you would like to register your interest and be notified by e-mail when applications open then please contact us here.
