Only a few races this week and only 1 picture.
We had the second of our 3 parkrun club championship events at Southwick at the weekend. Jon Morrell leading the Corsham contingent.
It’s not in the club championship this year but the Over the Hills in Bradford-on-Avon is always popular with our members. We had 8 runners in total and Damian Hall held off 2 other runners in a tight finish to win outright.
Max Luff cycled from Brighton to London, from what I can tell it was an event and she just did it for fun. Excellent cross training.
And finally I’d like to pass on the thanks of everyone at Neston School to those that assisted with the fireworks display. We have been running a reciprocal arrangement for a few years as we marshall the fireworks and they help Marshall some of the 10k around Neston.
